This course is designed for employers and brokers and is intended to help employers understand and recognize FMLA (Family medical leave Act) abuse. It also provides tools for preventing or curbing FMLA abuse while remaining compliant with the FMLA. The presentation will provide employers and brokers with an understanding of the top 10 mistakes employers make which allow for FMLA abuse.
