TruPath Places VP of Sales

A new potential client came to us with a very specific need. They were looking for a VP of Sales to take over and manage their Nationwide Sales team of 200+ Reps. The right candidate would have risen through the ranks, knocked on doors and sat with potential customers, finally earning an Executive Level Management role (with a proven track record of groundbreaking success, of course!).

While this was a complicated search, our TruProcess was effective in finding that caliber of candidate. At the time, he was living in Ohio, happy and successful in his VP of Sales role. About 8 weeks later, he was starting his first day with our client in Florida, the largest services provider in their industry. It was exciting to take on a challenge like this, and more importantly rewarding to hear how enthusiastic our candidate is about his new role.
