TruPath is a staffing agency headquartered in Arizona. We’re often involved in events that support our workforce, our clients, our community, and further economic development. This month is no exception!

There are several community events happening around the Valley this November. We’ve compiled a list that offers a good variety for participants. Furthermore, this includes free, weekend, and after-hours events. You can also view TruPath’s full community events in Phoenix list HERE.

Below, we highlight five Community Events in Phoenix:

1. Best of the West

This year, WESTMARC celebrates its 25th Anniversary Best of the West awards. It began as a way to recognize outstanding contributions to the image, lifestyle, and economic development of the West Valley.

On the evening of 11/2/17, WESTMARC will announce West Valley award winners in three categories: Economic Engine, Quality of Life Enhancement, and Excellence in Innovation.

2017 DLA Conference2. DLA 2017 Annual Conference & Luncheon

The Diversity Leadership Alliance celebrates its 16th Annual Diversity Conference and Awards Luncheon on 11/3/17. General tickets include all-day conference access to all workshops, complimentary continental breakfast, and lunch for the DLA Awards Luncheon.

Valley Partnership Community Project

3. Valley Partnership Community Project

On 11/4/17, Valley Partnership celebrates its 30th Annual Community Project benefiting St. Vincent de Paul’s Phoenix Urban Farm. Each year, Valley Partnership selects a non-profit organization that can benefit from renovating and enhancing facilities for those in need.

Initial plans … include installing an irrigation system, electricity, adding shade to allow for an extended growing season and planting.

Peter D4. Career Transition Workshop: Telling Your Story

Career Connectors connects professionals in career transition with resources and hiring companies. There are routine events that you can attend throughout the month. On 11/9/17, job seekers are welcome to join hiring companies TruPath and Beacon Group where they’ll be discussing culture and current job opportunities. Free resources at the event include: resume review, hiring company networking, business portraits, LinkedIn coaching & educational opportunities. On 11/14/17, Cresa brings a collaboration of recruiting agencies and the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity together. The group will be discussing business objectives regarding recruitment, branding, workplace environments, and economic trends. Panelists include:
