How would you allocate responsibilities?

As a follow-up to the previous question, it is good to test their reported leadership knowledge. In leadership, it is important to be able to identify the skills of their branches employees to best serve the company. Additionally, this process takes great analytical and communication skills that a qualified branch manager should be able to do.

What would you do with an employee that is underperforming?

This question is another practical application of simple skills that a great manager should have. In addition, it assesses how the candidate might react to complex issues in the workplace.
