The Issue

A national architecture firm based out of Minneapolis was growing fast and needed a seasoned Architect for their North Dakota office. They were looking specifically for someone with commercial experience to help grow the local market.

What We Did

All firms have their own nuances and our client was no different. Our goal was to best understand their working environment and find candidates that not only had the matching technical experience but the right intrinsic qualities too. We reached out to a select group of individuals in the area and throughout the MidWest until we found our top three.

The Result

After the first round of interviews, our client sent one of the three candidates to Minneapolis to meet the board and talk about this role further. After the meeting, they hired him for the Bismark, ND office. Minneapolis had been working overtime to support some of the pains of rapid growth and this was a crucial placement for their organization.
