The Issue

We work with one of the largest homeless shelters in Arizona. They provide a vast variety of services and have a large team of Case Managers to work closely with clients. With the combination of their HR team traveling to different locations and having the funds to continuously grow, they needed to find additional team members. They not only needed candidates with similar experience but a true passion for their mission and helping others.

What We Did

Some TruPath team members met with the HR team and took a tour of their organization to understand the types of individuals that would be a cultural fit. We used this information to source and interview candidates who we could see not only being successful in the role but who would get along with their team members.

The Result

We have built a strong relationship with our client. In under seven months, we filled over seven positions ranging from Case Managers, Payroll, Management, Data Quality and more. We had the resources for filling some of their toughest positions in a short time span and look forward to continuing to work together for a long time to come.
