The Client’s Need:

An OEM automotive parts manufacturer in Tempe, Arizona reached out to TruPath for ongoing staffing needs; the talent pipeline for their machine shop was struggling to meet the demands of the business. Specifically, they require talented CNC Machinists to operate a very specific kind of machine. Having exhausted their local options, the client turned to TruPath to take the search national and find candidates willing to relocate to the Phoenix area. 

TruPath’s Strategy:

Relocation searches typically differ from local searches in two ways:

1. There is a larger talent pool to select from since candidates can come from quite literally anywhere in the United States. Some clients expand their searches even further – internationally.

2. There is a higher rate of candidate fall-out in the initial prescreening stages. Candidates rarely relocate long distances for anything less than an “ideal” job or career move.
