The Client’s Need:
A client near Atlanta needed candidates with experience in plant start-ups along with installation and qualification of high-speed manufacturing equipment. They also needed someone with automation experience as well as the ability to manage and communicate effectively with staff.

TruPath recruiters looked for candidates that not only had experience in plant start-ups but also had the technical and communication skills necessary for this high pressure, quick-moving role. Narrowing down the available candidate pool was a challenge because while there are many with experience in production management. Very few had actually done plant buildouts and startups. Weeding out those with the experience to time and effort but once the pool was built out, there was a solid group of high quality candidates with interest in the role. After submitting 5 for the role, it was the first one our team submitted that was selected.
