The Client’s Need:

One of TruPath’s aerospace manufacturing clients reached out with an immediate need for a Senior Cost Accountant to join their team. This position works closely with the Controller, making an accounting team of two. The client reached out in the beginning of September hoping to start a new Sr. Cost Accountant by the end of the month.

With well-defined, skilled roles like those in the accounting field, it’s often easy to find the skills needed for the position. However, finding Senior Cost Accountant candidates within the pay range and preferred location are often more difficult under a time constraint.
