The year was 2002, The Anaheim Angels won the World Series, Kelly Clarkson was named the first American Idol, “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” premiered in theaters, and George W. Bush was the President of the United States.

It was also then, just into the wee days of that year, that a new business started up in Tempe, AZ. TruPath (Job Brokers Inc or “JBI” at the time) opened its doors on January 15, 2002. JBI was founded by Ryan Nouis and three business partners, created on the principle that there was a better way of doing staffing.
It’s been 16 years and TruPath is now under the sole ownership of Ryan. Through office remodels and shifts in corporate structure, TruPath remains a steady force in staffing on both a local and national scale. Our commitment to going beyond the resume to find culturally aligned talent for our clients remains firmly intact. We also continue to evolve with every new year, finding innovative solutions for our clients by learning and understanding their biggest challenges.
