The Client’s Need:

TruPath recruiters have worked with this aerospace client for over 7 years in the Phoenix area. Because our partner is so pleased with our work in Phoenix, they asked us to support staffing needs in Carson City, Nevada and San Diego, California. This Buyer role in Nevada was our first test in the new markets with this client.  

TruPath’s Strategy:

We started the buyer search like we do many others – we cast a local net to see who might be interested close to the facility. Quickly, TruPath recruiters found the local market to be very tight as a new car factory is attracting a lot of the local talent. We expanded the search outside of the local area and turned it into a national search. 

The Result of Partnership:

Josh found a candidate who was about to be relocate to the area from out of state. She was hoping to to get her foot in the door with a great company and was unfamiliar with the local job market. She had all of the skills our partner desires in the buyer role. Josh dug deep through the interview process to ensure she was a cultural and personality fit for the department she would be working in. She was a strong match in skills and personality characteristics. Our client was thrilled to offer her the role!
