The Client’s Need:

The TruPath recruiting team helped a local recycling plant staff their facility in Phoenix, Arizona. As additional staffing needs surface, the leadership team reaches out to TruPath recruiters for support. Production continues to increase and new shifts are opening. Due to the increasing headcount, our client reached out advising us of their need for an Industrial Electrician. Of course, their timeframe was ASAP! When it comes to hiring needs, usually time is of the essence.

TruPath’s Strategy:

Dorothy began this Industrial Electrician search with urgency. She immediately started reaching out to potential candidates. Dorothy found a candidate who recently relocated to Phoenix. He unfortunately took the first job he could find being new to the area. Quickly, he discovered that the night shift was not a good fit for his lifestyle. This current opportunity with our client would allow him to work days and also provides a convenient commute. The candidate was also excited to develop his skills in the rapidly growing plant.

The Result of Partnership:

Dorothy’s Industrial Electrician candidate started working for our client two and a half weeks after our client asked for our help! Not every search can be completed this quickly, but we understand the manufacturing industry very well and are happy to meet a partner’s urgent need(s). Dorothy was also happy to connect a passive candidate with the right opportunity for growth and longevity! While candidates may not be actively looking for a new role, this does not mean that they are happy in their current role.
