The Issue

We initially came into contact with a Greater Phoenix based law firm to work on a Paralegal role. We worked well together and the search/placement was a success. Shortly thereafter, they came back with another need, a Litigation Attorney. While this was an entirely new search for us, mutually open communication helped make it both a smooth and educational process.

What We Did

This was a true networking search. We called into law firms and started talking to anyone that we could. We asked our referrals for referrals.

The willingness for our team to come together and stretch their own comfort zones was one of the best parts about this search. We coordinated a mock panel of sorts with our recruiters to prep our candidates for presentations. Everyone was excited to help and be a part of the process.

The Result

After our first few attorney submittals we were better able to tweak our search towards finding precisely what our client was looking for. Our eighth candidate was the one! He actually went to the same law school as one of the partners. The connection was immediate. A year and a half later he is still happily employed with our client!
