The Client’s Need:

TruPath acquired a large client through referral. This client is an international third-party Logistics firm looking to create and launch a national sales team. Their request included a national search strategy for five National Account Managers and a Director of Sales – each position reporting to a different region of the country. 

TruPath’s Strategy:

After determining which recruiters were going to cover particular geographical areas, we began reaching out and speaking to potential candidates. TruPath’s recruiting strategy is to seek out talent based on our partner’s preferences. We spoke to many different individuals across the country. After a few weeks of searching, screening, and interviewing, we began submitting candidates. One of Scott’s candidates was the first to move to the next stage in our client’s hiring process.

The Result of Partnership:

Scott’s candidate phone screened with three additional managers. They were so happy with their interactions and the candidate’s experience managing a $60 million portfolio. Our client made an offer without meeting him in person! After some initial offer negotiation, our candidate accepted the offer preparing to relocate. We were ecstatic about this first placement as it set a foundation for the remaining open roles.
